Emma Kathan is a fine art photographer and professional musician who divides her time between California and Florida. She is interested in taking creative interesting photographs that tell a story. She prefers shooting with film and enjoys deep color saturation and vibrant surreal imagery to be captured in her work.

She is also shooting film shorts which will accompany her future photography exhibits.

Her work has been shown in several group art shows in Florida but her first solo exhibit entitled "don't be long", can be seen in Los Angeles at the Pehrspace Gallery from June 13th through July 4th 2009.
